T.I.P. Records (1994 - 1998)
without a single doubt, one of the most influential record labels when it comes to the evolution of sound in goatrance, the style of music preceding psychedelic trance (psytrance in short newspeak, shorter and even more newspoken as psy). this label was initiated by Graham Wood and Raja Ram, frontmen of former musical formation The Infinity Project, together with Richard Bloor and Ian St Paul. the label was discontinued when the distributor Flying Records went bankrupt.
the yellow, orange and blue compilations (covers above)
are just a few of the landmark releases on TIP Records.

Graham Wood is now producing
psychedelic trance and breaks
under the alias Blowfish together
with Tony Stapleton.
Raja Ram took it to a different edge, creating the TIP World record label with Richard Bloor, and continued his musicalcareer as flute-player and adlib skat-brat (amongst other positions), cooperating with keyboard and studio-wizard Simon Posford aka Hallucinogen, as the ambidelic formation Shpongle.
