Roland TR-808 Rhythm Composer
Without this little box our divine dance around the Sun wouldn't just look or sound differently today, it would be a totally different world all together. Of course, with any little piece of history missing from our common past, the world would be different just as much -maybe more or less- but that's not the point. This particular one and other little boxes from that Japanese music box manufacturer helped shape the human world over the past three decades more than other little boxes have. Well .. they did shape mine and I do like to consider myself a human, every now and when, ergo: here's to an alltime favorite drum machine, the Roland TR808!
