In 2003, to cerebralate the 60th birthday of LSD, Bicycle Day parties were organized all over the world. At the one in Amsterdam, these two mixes were recorded:
The eschatatonic Chants of Mu & Ease on down the Donau
The DJ's involved in mixing the trippy tunes were Jason Mason & The Melanchoholic Megalomaniac aka (L=D)² & Satyr Barbarossa. During part 1, (L=D)² was occupied with liquid space & dia-projections, but who's counting tracks when mixing warped with curved for five straight hours. Bruma Borealis (lat.) = Winter Solstice of the Northern Hemisphere. In ancient Roman times, the Brumalia encompassed the Bacchian festivities to cerebralate the return of the Sun, around the time of the Winter Solstice. These provided a simplified, watered-down copy of the Greek rites to honor Dionysos, in the aeons before patriarchal supremacy and Roman oppression.
But whatever symbolic deification humanity may choose, if we care to clear our current vision, we will find our annual cerebralations still revolve around this celestial event in our common present. And cerebralate we will. So mote it seem.

Vibes and scapes of warm tone and timbre embrace the slowly scuffling crowd of people, out and about in the snow. Mystical tunes of musical magic stop them in their tracks and guide them inside to gather around, sharing love and light with one another in the spirit of KRSTmas.
